We are a unified voice for community and rural health, strengthening and supporting our members in providing access to quality health care to improve the health and wellbeing of our communities.

Arlene & Michael Rosen Foundation (AMRF) works to define success by standards of community power building and liberation. Today they focus more holistically on behavioral health and housing systems, supporting local leaders to remediate the effects of structural racism and historical inequities. The goal is to provide financial and non-monetary resources to support community-led wellness efforts.

Community Foundation of Mendocino County works with families and individuals to build endowment funds that support a wide spectrum of community-based projects and scholarships. It tailors giving approaches to match the unique circumstances of each donor and provides an effective and trusted way for people to “give back” locally.

FIRST 5 Mendocino is dedicated to making sure all children ages 0-5 are happy, healthy, and ready to learn. With this in mind, FIRST 5 Mendocino focuses on 5 areas of concentration: healthy children, knowledgeable nurturing parents, children ready to learn, quality childcare and knowledgeable nurturing community.

North Coast Opportunities is a Community Action Agency that develops and provides services that strengthen our community. Their programs include Caring Kitchen Project, Mendo Lake Food Hub, Gardens Project, Nutrition Basics, Foster Grandparents Program, Volunteer Network, Head Start Child Development Program, Healthy Mendocino, Leadership Mendocino, Redwood Caregiver Resource Center, Rural Communities Childcare, and Walk & Bike Mendocino.

Partnership HealthPlan of California is a non-profit community-based health care organization that contracts with the State to administer Medi-Cal benefits through local care providers to ensure Medi-Cal recipients have access to high-quality comprehensive cost-effective health care. PHC provides quality health care to over 510,100 members. PHC provides services to 14 Northern California counties - Del Norte, Humboldt, Lake, Lassen, Marin, Mendocino, Modoc, Napa, Shasta, Siskiyou, Solano, Sonoma, Trinity and Yolo. |
