Children deserve year-round access to nutritious meals that help them learn, grow, and achieve at their full potential. Summer EBT for Children (SEBTC) is a well-tested model that provides nutrition assistance for the purchase of groceries when school is out of session and school meals are not available. California leaders should seize all opportunities to bring Summer EBT for Children to our state.
